An excited LA Laker fan kept police at bay for three hours this morning after demanding team member Kobe Bryant autograph her panties.She was taken into custody when police finally convinced her she had left them in the stands at the Staples Center.
Reports that she is a senior official in the California Democratic party have not been substantiated.
