Solo sailor Abby Sunderland is rescued:

Sunderland, the teenage solo sailor from Thousand Oaks, Calif., who ran into trouble in the middle of the Indian Ocean this week, has been plucked from the water 2,000 nautical miles off Australia's western coast by the crew of a French fishing ship.

When interviewed, she explained her clothing was torn off by the sea during a "big storm". The French fishermen all nodded in agreement.

Connerie Sainte!!
